Washington State has always felt like a place where the work is taken seriously. Whether I’m performing for a tech company in Bellevue, a vineyard event in Woodinville, or a corporate conference at the Washington State Convention Center, I encounter audiences that are engaged, discerning, and genuinely interested in what they’re watching. That quality of attention is what every performer hopes for, and I find it consistently in this state.
My journey into magic began with a childhood fascination — not just with tricks, but with the powerful, independent women who wielded magic in films and commanded rooms with nothing but confidence and craft. I wanted to build that. At 18, I started as a princess performer at children’s parties, which taught me the foundational lesson of performance: earning attention is everything. You cannot assume it, demand it, or buy it. You have to create something worth watching and trust the room to respond. Washington audiences have always responded generously when that work is done right.
As a female magician in a traditionally male-dominated field, I have navigated my share of skepticism and underestimation. I have built credibility in rooms that didn’t initially grant it, and I’ve performed at the highest levels of corporate and private entertainment while regularly encountering doubt about whether I belonged there. The Pacific Northwest, in my experience, is more interested in what you can actually do than in whether you fit a preconception. That spirit — practical, open, results-focused — suits my approach to performance perfectly.
